FERRARI will welcome families to their newly-built sports car extension to the PortAventura theme park.
The main attraction, a 112-metre tall ride, is Europe’s tallest and fastest rollercoaster, which reaches 120kmh in just five seconds.
The theme park extension also includes the ‘Bounce-Back Tower’ which resembles the bouncing movements of an engine’s pistons and a 1,900 foot test track where visitors can drive miniature Ferrari cars.
Ferrari Land is set to open on April 7, and is expected to add an extra one million visitors a year to a theme park which is already bringing in four million people annually.
