Severe weather alerts across much of Spain – again

THE Spanish national weather agency, AEMET, have issued a raft of extreme weather warnings across almost the whole of Spain for Sunday, 5 February.

Already the bad weather in Spain this winter has been blamed for vegetable shortages in the UK.

The latest forecast of more heavy rain, snow and gale-force winds isn’t likely to help the situation.

The following warnings are in place with yellow alerts indicating ‘risk’ and orange ‘important risk’
