Currencies Direct celebrates 21 years on the Costa

NO matter where you are in the world, reaching the age of 21 means a party is a must!

When you’re one of Spain’s premier currency transfer providers and you’ve hit 21 then you can be loud and proud about it.

Currencies Direct hosted their party, alongside their long-time media partners EWN, at Marbella’s fantastic Puente Romano Beach Resort and Spa.

The venue was Joe’s Bar with oversight on everything, from the ambience to the wonderful canapés and drink, in the marvellous hands of Group Corporate Director John Thomson.

The guest list featured friends, family, treasured and long-time clients and customers, from all over the Costa del Sol.

Music on the night was provided by Mr Maph and Simone Lisa whose stunning vocals had the dance floor buzzing, Antony Wolfson with his inimitable take on the Presley greats, and Steve Cline.

Currencies Direct director for Southern Europe, Peter Loveday spoke of the company’s inexorable growth on the back of a great product, great staff and the support of valued business clients, saying: “I want to thank all of them who have joined us tonight.”

On a star-spangled night he made time to praise the fight little Leo Bermejo is putting up against his cancer, thanking everyone who has helped send the brave Almeria youngster to the US for treatment.

“There are so many people who have helped this little family. The way people have rallied round has been wonderful,” he said.
