FACEBOOK-OWNED instant messaging service WhatsApp suffered a major outage in Spain and across Europe and other parts of the world last night (Wednesday).
Users took to social media in their droves to complain about the popular service being down from around 10pm.
It’s the third failure in recent days.
Neither WhatsApp nor Facebook have commented on the cause of the problem which saw services gradually restored by approximately 11.30pm.
