A quiet complex in Nueva Andalucia
EARLY Saturday morning a sharp eyed member of the public alerted the Local Police to a break in at a bar in Nueva Andalucia.
The witness was able to give the address of the break in and a description of the car in which two men left the scene.
When officers arrived at the bar, they discovered that the front door had been forced and inside it became clear that the cash register had been removed.
Soon after, whilst patrolling the area, officers saw the suspect’s car and when they approached it, discovered two men inside together with two cash registers as they had committed a second break in.
The two men aged 20 and 51 who are residents of Marbella were arrested and will be charged with burglary whilst the officers confiscated the car, as the owner will also be charged with driving without insurance or ITV.
