ANOTHER heatwave is set to hit Spain sending temperatures in some regions to a sweltering 44 degrees.
After a few days of relatively low temperatures, Andalucia is reportedly going to feel the heat the most starting Wednesday (July 12) as well as Extremadura, Castilla La-Mancha and mainland Spain.
According to AEMET Malaga will not reach the 40 degree mark but will still hit 38 degrees at times.
Areas in Costa Blanca such as Alicante will also see highs of up to 36 degrees along with high levels of humidity. Temperatures will not drop below 23 degrees.
By the end of the week AEMET predicts it will begin to cool down slightly, returning to the summer norm.
