PARIS: Troops patrol the city
SIX soldiers leaving their barracks in Paris have been injured, two seriously, after a man reportedly drove a BMW vehicle speed into them at speed.
The incident happened in the Levallois-Perret area of the French capital according to local media reports.
The local mayor said he had no doubt the attack was deliberate.
Following a huge manhunt police have shot and arrested the suspect, a 37-year-old man, after a chase on a motorway north of Paris.
