A FUGITIVE Irish drug and arms dealer has allegedly been arrested in Tarragona.
A European Detention Order was issued in 2013 after he was believed to have fled to Spain using a fake passport.
He was first found in Malaga in 2016 but managed to escape during a high-speed chase.
In July this year police located who they believed to be the fugitive in a hotel with his family in Salou, Tarragona and is awaiting deportation back to Ireland.
