Police publish photo of suspected driver of Las Ramblas terror attack van

POLICE have published an image of the suspected driver of the van which drove into a crowd of people in Las Ramblas, Barcelona.

The suspect is believed to be Driss Oukabir and was reportedly wearing a white T-shirt with blue stripes. He was reportedly born in Marseille and was living in Girona.

Authorities are also urging people not to upload images of the victims onto social media.
