TUNNEL VISION: The coach driver ignored the signs and got stuck
PASSENGERS were in a sticky situation after a coach got stuck in a tunnel in Benidorm.
The vehicle became wedged in a road underpass on Avenida Murtal in La Cala, causing traffic jams.
According to reports the driver ignored signs limiting vehicles taller than 2.5 metres from entering the tunnel.
In order to free the coach the tyres had to be let down and as there were no injuries and passengers were able to leave at the front of the bus.
