Events cause disruption

An organisation close to us in the countryside holds seminars lasting 10 days or more on a frequent basis throughout the year, causing us much disruption. Our mains water is not available during these times as so much water is being consumed by this body of people, estimated at 2,500 visitors. We live on an unmade dirt track and are concerned by the volume and speed of the vehicles passing at all times, day and night. These vehicles range from mini-buses to full size coaches, plus lorries delivering portable loos, air conditioning units, and daily deliveries of food supplies, plus hundreds of hire cars. We would like to know if there is a law in Spain limiting the number of people to an event or a law restricting the number of events that can be held in a year

No, there is no such law. However, we suppose that gatherings of this size surely must hold the necessary permits from your town hall. Further, if they affect your water supply, this is unacceptable. Why not start with a complaint to the town hall?
