IN the words of the current Manchester City manager and possibly the greatest living football manager “I knew nothing about football before knowing Cruyff.”

Pep Guardiola is just one of the many football professionals who admire everything about the late former Dutch international Johan Cruyff and prior to an exclusive training week in Sotogrande, his Football Clinic representatives will be speaking at a dinner to be held on board the Sunborn Yacht Hotel on Thursday October 5.

His son, former Dutch international and Barcelona player Jordi is one of the lead figures in Cruyff Football which will be running the first professional youth clinic for players aged between nine and 16 as well as separate clinics for coaches at the Santa Maria Football Centre in Sotogrande from October 30 to November 3.

With the introduction of Gibraltar football to the European and World stage, this is likely to attract a number of participants from the Rock.
