Sabor a Malaga

INTERNATIONAL JOURNALISTS: From the world of newspapers, radio and television

MORE than 30 Costa del Sol-based  journalists  were treated to a tasting session to introduce them to the ‘Sabor a Malaga’ campaign which features the best produce and gastronomy from across the province.

The meeting was held in the historic ‘Térmica’ building in Malaga and  opened by Jacobo Florido Gómez, the provincial government’s delegate in charge of economic and production development.

He explained that, at present, ‘Sabor a Málaga’ has more than 700 companies participating in the promotion of the brand. It involves producers, shops and restaurants too, highlighting the quality and uniqueness of each one of them.

A tasting session of extra virgin olive oils from Molisur and Finca La Torre  followed and then  wines from the Bodega  Cortijo La Fuente in Mollina.

Members of the Costa Press Club represent a wide range of local, national and international organisations including newspapers, magazines, digital,  radio and television.  The media association includes  journalists from the United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Australia, the United States, Canada, Russia and South Africa among its members.
