POLICE are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of an 18-month-old baby in a private swimming pool in southern Spain. The 112 Andalucia emergency control centre has reported the accident happened in Illora, Almomartes in the province of Granada. The mayor of the town has said that details are sketchy at the moment but that Local Police are collaborating with the Guardia Civil in the investigations. Mayor, Antonio Jose Salazar, went on to offer any help or psychological support to the baby’s parents.
