Almost the whole of the remainder of the Andalucia province is on yellow alert for heavy rain and thunderstorms through until midnight. The worst of the weather has, so far, resulted in flooding around the town of San Pedro de Alcantara near Marbella with roads looking more like rivers. The 112 Andalucia emergency control centre has already responded to more than 50 weather-related incidents in Malaga province, the majority relating to flooded premises. No injuries have yet been reported.
