EMERGENCY SERVICES have confirmed that a young man has drowned on a beach popular with holidaymakers and kite surfers in the south of Spain. The 112 Andalucia tweet says the 35-year-old died on the Valdevaqueros beach in the Punta Paloma area in Tarifa in the province of Cadiz, Andalucia. The coast is well-known for the strong winds which blow in from the Atlantic. Investigations have been opened to discover the exact cause of death.
