FLOTTIE is a 4-year-old female mixed breed dog.
Flottie is very sociable and loving.
It takes her a while to warm to humans, but as soon as she gets to know you, she will start to open up.
She is at the Llucmajor Animal Association shelter and is in need of a second chance in a forever home.
