FINISHING TOUCHES: Benidorm’s golden InTempo skyscraper to be completed and ready within weeks

SPAIN’S tallest residential skyscraper – the already iconic InTempo building – is back on track to finally open next year in Benidorm.
According to reports, the owners, SVP Global, have signed an agreement with Catalan promoter Uniq Residential and the architect, Rafael Robledo, to finish off what remains of the building that has seen no work carried out on it for the past four years.
The plan is to finally finish the project that is already 93 per cent complete “in the first quarter of 2019” after a series of financial problems encountered by the original promoters of the project ended up with them, Olga Urbana, filing for bankruptcy.
Once occupied by its first residents the InTempo will not only be the highest of its kind in Spain but the second highest non-commercial premises in Europe.
