A 28-year-old Irish woman has died after falling from a 20-metre height at Alicante airport (Spain) on Saturday 22. According to the Emergency Information and Coordination Center (CICU), the woman was rushing across a 20-metre-high walkway located at the loading bus area before falling to her death. The incident occurred just before six o’clock in the afternoon at the Alicante-Elche airport. Emergency services performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation before transferring the young woman to Elche General Hospital, where she died. No further information has been released by Spanish authorities.
