JENSEN: Henrietta believes that ‘it was his time to leave them’ as there were no signs of an unnatural death. Photo: Henrietta
JENSEN, the 9-year-old, Basset Hound, that went missing on December 31 from Santa Rosa, Mijas Pueblo, has been found dead.
The dog’s owner, Henrietta, posted a heartfelt message on Facebook on Sunday 6, announcing Jensen’s passing.
Jensen was found hidden in Henrietta’s backyard.
Unfortunately, Jensen was already dead when his owners found him.
The dog looked ‘peaceful’ as his paws were stretched out in front of him.
Henrietta believes that ‘it was his time to leave them’ as there were no signs of an unnatural death.
His owners are glad that the dog was able to pass away in his own home and that they were able to give him a ‘good send-off’.
Henrietta and family are extremely grateful for all the support, help and wishes received.
