THE search continues for 20-year-old, Henry Alejandro Jimenez Marin, who went missing on the night of January 1, in Orihuela-Costa, Alicante.
The young man disappeared after suffering an attack on New Year’s Eve by his roommate at his home in the urbanisation of La Florida, in the south Alicante Province.
According to Henry Alejandro’s brother, the incident occurred at the victim’s house where they were celebrating with friends.
For the first few days of his disappearance, this was thought to have been his last known location. However, one witness claims to have seen him at a local bar in Aguamarina.
Henry Alejandro’s family have since identified the young man in footage recorded by a security camera at one of the establishments at 23.42pm on January 1.
This is the last information revealed about his whereabouts.
Despite having received information alleging that he had appeared safe and sound, Henry Alejandro is still classified as missing.
The Guardia Civil, the Local Police and Civil Protection are looking for a 20-year-old man, who measures 1.81 cm and has a tattoo on his right forearm.
Officers of the Benemerita have searched ravines, open fields, coves and any other corner of the Oriolan coast.
A Guardia Civil helicopter and sniffer dogs have also collaborated in trying to find Henry Alejandro.
Friends, family and neighbours organise three searches every day in the City of Orihuela Costa, in Playa Flamenca, from 8.30 am to 9.30 am, from 1 pm to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 6 pm.
