AROUND 14,000 missing people in Spain remain unaccounted for and two people a day disappear in the country, according to new data.
The figures, from the Professional Association of Private Detectives (APDP) and the National Centre for Disappeared Persons (CND), were released for the National Day for Locating Missing Persons on Thursday.
A series of events have been organised to mark the day, with a talk organised with Spain’s Missing Persons Agency on how police and investigators probe disappearance cases.
