FORTY-FIVE women joined together last Tuesday for a collaborative ‘health and wellness’ themed evening of business networking in Puerto Banus.

Ali Meehan, founder of Costa Women said: “We were delighted to be invited to collaborate in this event.  These evenings are an excellent way to be educated about new technologies and advancements in health that can make an important difference to women’s lives and wellness.  And of course we enjoy the opportunity to network with other business women in the area.”

The open health events at OsteoStrong take place on the first Tuesday of every month.

During Tuesday’s presentation, the team shared ways to improve bone health with their revolutionary gym.

A clinic spokesperson said: “We are delighted to sponsor a truly successful ladies evening run by Ali Meehan, one the most proactive ladies on the coast of Spain.

“Ali runs her Costa Women’s group across Spain with such passion and commitment. She provides a wonderful and hospitable series of networking meetings and events across Spain and is truly appreciated for her efforts by all who are lucky enough to meet up with her.”

Other speakers included Estefania Galvez Lendinez from Cryonis – Cryo & Ioni Spa Marbella offering their new generation of beauty and health treatments that reduce pain and inflammation and stimulate collagen. Anita and Rikke from EMS BodyPOWER also demonstrated a workout using their ‘Electric Muscle Stimulation’ to get a stronger, more tight and toned body.
