Man escapes 20-year prison sentence after court shown sex tapes

A 27-YEAR-OLD man who was accused of assaulting his partner has been acquited of a charge after a court in Spain was shown homemade porn videos in his defence.

The young man’s partner, 24, had denounced him for physical and sexual assault – crimes that could carry a twenty-year prison sentence.

But he was cleared of sexual assault by a court in Gran Canaria in Spain’s Canary Islands after it was shown five sex tapes that showed the couple had consensual sex.

The physical assault case is still open after the man admitted to kicking his partner during a discussion after the act.
