NEW figures revealed Spaniards are having sex an average of 92 times a year.
The statistics, compiled by Spanish company Geeksme, found men reported an average of 95.68 sexual acts during 2018, and women 83.2.
According to the survey’s 7,000 respondents, the average session lasts 32 minutes, with 52 per cent of sexual activity taking place between 10pm and 2am.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays were the preferred days.
The most active Spanish regions was Cantabria, which reported an average of 122.72 sexual acts per year, followed by the Balearic Islands at 106.08, and Murcia at 101.92.
Cataluña came in at 97.14, Galicia at 95.68, and Madrid at 87.36.
Andalucia lagged behind at 81.54, followed by Andalucia at 81.12.
The Basque Country, Canary Islands, and La Rioja came in at the bottom of the list ar 78.21, 72.8 and 58.24 acts per year respectively.
