THE countdown is on to Costa Women’s inspirational International Women’s Day conference at Marbella’s Andalucia Lab on March 8.

The event has been organised by Costa Women founder, Ali Meehan, in collaboration with the UK-based 1230 The Women’s Company, and between them they have lined up an exciting list of guest speakers.

Conference media sponsor, Euro Weekly News, will be profiling these motivational women in the run up to the big day.

One of the speakers is Natalia Edelmann of The Life Fulfillment Academy Community. She is a Life Fulfillment Strategist, certified Wellness Coach, Yin Yoga teacher and co-author of Natural & Organic Healing: Your Ultimate Health & Wellness Guide.
When she takes to the stage, Natalia will be sharing five tips to make it happen.

She said: “Everything starts with intention, but intention starts with getting clear. But even before that, it starts with you.

“Self-discovery and self-visualisation are the first two keys that can unlock the many doors that were otherwise thought hidden or closed.”

Natalia added: “To reach your full potential, you need the energy and mind set to be courageous and strong, which comes with self-care, self-acceptance and self-love, the last three keys.

“When you accept yourself for all that you are and love yourself enough to keep going and persevere, you can achieve anything.”
