HAVE YOU SEEN THEM?: Police appeal in UK and Spain to locate missing Bristol boy and Spanish father

POLICE have issued an urgent public appeal in Spain and the UK to locate a missing eight-year-old Bristol boy believed to be with his Spanish father.

The pair have not been seen since Saturday 2 March after his father failed to return the boy home following a pre-arranged visit.

Angelo Jurado-Marmolejo lives full-time with his mother in the Whitehall area of Bristol.

Rafael Cabello, 43, from Cordoba in Andalucia, is now in breach of a court order and police enquiries are under way to locate him and Angelo.

Avon and Somerset Police have said: “We do not have any concerns for their welfare but we need to locate them as soon as possible.

Mr Cabello is described as white, 5ft 6ins/7ins, slim, with black hair.

Angelo is described as white, aged eight, with short wavy dark brown hair, dark brown eyes, 4ft 6ins and last seen wearing a red coat and carrying a blue rucksack.

Police ask that if you see Rafael Cabello or Angelo, please call 999 in the UK and give the call handler the reference number 5219046310.

Or if you have spoken to, or been in contact with, Mr Cabello since Saturday 2 March, or have any information about where he and Angelo may be, please call 101 and give the call handler the same reference number.
