A BRITISH woman, 39, was rescued on Sunday morning after falling seven metres from a viewing point, the Colomer mirador on the Formentor promontory, in Pollenca.
Mallorca firefighters were able to move the female cyclist from a ledge that had fortunately broken her fall as she tumbled from her bike.
According to sources, the woman suffered a fractured femur and was taken to Son Espases Hospital in a serious condition.
