The police are still handing out at least a 100 fines a day to people who are choosing to ignore the lockdown restrictions, despite the penalties, confirmed Malaga Town Hall.
A FOREIGN man, who had suffered a brutal beating and claimed to have been kidnapped and tortured has appeared on the doorstep of a Costa del Sol police station.
National Police officers in Marbella were astonished when the man, still carrying signs of adhesive tape on his face and hands, appeared at the station.
The French man revealed he had been kidnapped and held against his will for ‘several days’.
Police investigators quickly swung into action and members of Drugs and Organised Crime Unit arrested two men in Mijas on the same day for ‘illegal detention’.
