Swedish man falls to his death in Palma after falling off a balcony on the fifth floor Credit: Policia Local
A SWEDISH man, aged 24, falls to his death from a fifth floor balcony in Palma. National Police say he fell from the building on Calle Trafalgar, Coll d’en Rebassa, at 6am on Monday morning. Apparently the victim had recently arrived accompanied by friends for a holiday. He was staying in the flat of relatives of one of his companions. Police forensic experts have examined the scene and ruled out the possibility of foul play or suicide, saying it was an accidental fall. Officers say that when police arrived they found the group of friends had drunk large quantities of alcohol. They did not realise the young man had fallen to his death.
