A 40-year-old man has been arrested in the Maritim district of Valencia accused of the crime of exhibitionism by undressing and ‘playing’ with himself in front of family groups and young children.
National Police officers started their investigations in the middle of June, after discovering that this man had approached several families taking off his trousers and touching his genitals.
All of this took part during a celebration and the police allege that it happened on three separate occasions in which the man appeared naked.
Just a few days before the arrest, he was reported as appearing dressed in a transparent Lycra robe with nothing underneath and again exposed himself, this time to two women.
As a result of their investigations, the officers discovered the identity of the suspect (who it is believed has a record of offences) and he was arrested for the alleged crime of exhibitionism prior to a court appearance.
