Police stop man on overloaded scooter in Spain

WHO needs a van when you have a moped? Local Police in Sevilla (Spain) have released pictures of this man as he returned from a shopping trip at a supermarket.

Police warn that trying to carry so much on a scooter is dangerous and the man has been reported.

They also said this is not the first time the rider has been stopped for the same offence.

He was denounced several months ago, but far from learning his lesson he tried to cram even more onto his scooter this time round.
