A BRITISH man was stabbed in Magaluf in the early hours of Monday morning. It has been reported by the police that four British tourists were on the beach near the Magaluf strip when they caught a thief trying to steal their belongings. As they approached the man and attempted to protect their belongings he broke a bottle and stabbed one of the men in the abdomen it. The 18-year-old man was attended by paramedics at the scene who managed to stabilise him before he was taken to Son Espases Hospital in Palma with serious wounds to the stomach where he remains in intensive care in a serious condition. The Guardia Civil in Calvia have launched an investigation into the attack and are working with witnesses to find the suspect.
