FOR the fifth consecutive year, Benidorm joined the international “Clean up the world” initiative. Volunteers from local associations and organisations including Doble Amor, the Red Cross, firefighters and the Policia Local spent the morning cleaning the wooded area adjoining the Guillermo Amor sports complex. They were joined by Benidorm mayor, Toni Perez, and councillors Ana Pellicer, Monica Gomez and Jose Ramon Gonzalez de Zarate.
