British Prime Minister is due to the dispatch box in Today.
In raucous scenes in the commons this morning as parliament was recalled, the Attorney General Geoffrey Cox admitted the Government ” got it wrong” but argued his advice had been “sound” and refused to to resign.
He further went on to slam MP’s saying they were “too cowardly” to vote for an election and repeatedly called this parliament “dead”.
It’s expected now as the Prime Minister Johnson gets to the dispatch box shortly he will push for a third time for a general election after the Attorney General said earlier in the commons that MP’s would have the chance to vote for a general election shortly.
As we know opposition parties have already voted down twice current Government attempts to call an election but will it be third time lucky for Boris?
