Make a note in your diary for next year so you don´t miss out on Paella Day!
The 9th of October this year saw a group of Brits entered the Paella Day, organised by Pilar de la Horadada town hall, Torrevieja, Costa Blanca North. The idea was to cook a paella on a wood fire, enjoy a glass or two of local vino and generally have a good time. Approximately 20 clubs took part.
This was the is 5th year of the British group joining in and there is already talk about next year. It is always held on 9th October, Valencia Day. Anyone interested in taking part should contact the Cultural Centre in Pilar.
