Air Rescue After Industrial Unit Fall

A 59-year-old worker was evacuated by medical helicopter to a Murcia Hospital on Friday morning, after falling several feet within an industrial unit, located next to the N-340 in the Orihuela area.
 
The on-board medical team assisted the injured man, who suffered multiple traumas, en-route to the Virgen de la Arrixaca Hospital in Murcia. 
 
The casualty is currently receiving treatment in the ITU department.
