The Wedding Of The Decade In The Tennis World Was Played Out This Weekend As Rafael Nadal Married Longtime Girlfriend Xisca Perello

THE Nadal and Perello wedding took place at La Fortaleza in front of about 350 guests.

Rafael Nadal and Xisca Perello were joined by a star-studded line up of guests as they tied the knot in Mallorca on Saturday.

The 33-year-old tennis star and his partner of 14 years are surrounded by family and friends. Tennis players Feliciano Lopez, David Ferrer and Juan Monaco were in attendance as well as Nadal’s uncle and longtime coach Toni, and Swiss watchmaker Richard Mille.

Juan Carlos I, the former King of Spain, was spotted arriving at the La Fortaleza property, which is owned by Conservative party donor Lord Lupton.

Other rumoured attendees include signer Enrique Iglesias, NBA star Pau Gasol and football great Iker Casillas.

Michelin-starred Mallorcan chef Macarena de Castro was reportedly tasked with the wedding menu, quite literally fit for a king.

Mallorcan priest Tomeu Catala who married the couple said: “Everyone of the weddings I have been involved in has been special and this one will be the same…I am just going to marry two people who love each other.”
