THE Teulada town hall has put its insurance cover out to tender.
Hector Morales, who heads the Contracts department, announced a €220,800 contract with an annual budget of €55,200 for five separate sections.
Cover is required for civil and asset liability, material damage, vehicles, accidents as well as public administration and personnel liability.
Each of the contracts will be an independent unit and companies can bid for one, several or all of the tenders, while the town hall can decide to assign the different policies to one bidder or several bidders, Morales said.
