THE Provisional Court of Malaga has rejected the appeal made by Sergio Ruiz’s lawyers for release whilst the investigation continues.
On October 21, the judge rejected the lawyer’s plea, stating that there had been no changes in the case to warrant an early release.
The appeal is now in the hands of the court of appeal in Malaga.
On Wednesday 30, witnesses of the case, specifically the father and two brothers refused to make a comment under interview according to Dana’s family lawyer.
More witnesses are due to the stand on November 13.
