Cannabis club smoked out in San Vicente del Raspeig

GUARDIA Civil have smoked out an illegal cannabis club operating on a San Vicente del Raspeig industrial estate, also used for drug sales.
The venue was reportedly kitted out with rest and study areas, slot machines and a bar for the young people who went there to consume and buy marijuana and hashish.
The Guardia detained the pair responsible for running the joint, a 26-year old man and a 38-year old woman, on drugs charges.
According to Spanish reports the club was a popular venue among many local youngsters, who the detainees had told was a perfectly legal setup.
During a search of the premises Guardia officers seized a kilo of marijuana buds, 180 grammes of hash, cannabis oil and €1,300 in cash.
