UP until now, the Chief Minister Fabian Picardo has held weekly meetings with members of the community at his office in No 6 Convent Place.
From now on, he will arrange these meetings in different locations throughout Gibraltar in order to make it more convenient for all residents to have the opportunity to air their observations on life on the Rock.
Constituents will also be able to request a time slot for a one-to-one meeting with the Chief Minister by sending an email in advance to CMonLocation@gibraltar.gov.gi.
Mr Picardo commented “Having recently been out on hustings in different estates, it seems to me that the best way to ensure that we continue to address matters of concern to individual citizens is to make it even easier for them to meet with me and members of my team.
I know this is something that will be helpful in particular for those with mobility issues – and it will be something I will enjoy and take a lot from myself from the personal and direct contact with the people I work for.”
