AMAZING images captured by members of the Vera Photo Club are showcased in a fantastic exhibition running throughout November in Mojacar. The annual, free exhibition at the Fuente de Mojacar Art Centre in Mojacar village is an unmissable opportunity to appreciate the wealth of local photographic talent. Works range from portraits, landscapes and wildlife shots to abstracts and insights into Spanish daily life. The exhibition also includes the projection of more than 700 of the photos presented at the club’s monthly gatherings over the last year. As in previous years Mojacar council is providing the art centre free of charge for the photography show, and Mojacar councillor Ana Garcia Fernandez was among the many people attending the inauguration. The Vera Photo Club brings together more than 80 photography enthusiasts from across the region of various different nationalities. There are Spanish, Norwegian, Dutch, Belgians and British. Some are professionals and some are beginners. What they all have in common is a shared love of capturing unique and always interesting images. The exhibition is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 2pm until Friday November 29.
