THE town hall has spent €28,000 on renovating the covered swimming pool at the Palau d’Esports municipal sports complex. Work was carried out during the summer when there was little call for it and concluded last month, the Sports department announced. The adults’ pool, which was built 15 years ago has been re-sealed and as well as all necessary repairs, its perimeter and that of the children’s pool cleaned together with grilles, tiles and windows. Flooring was replaced in the dressing rooms, showers and taps have been revised while the pool machinery was also overhauled. See more Costa Blanca North News
