The most frightening place in Benalmadena Credit: ACEB Facebook
HALLOWEEN in Benalmadena came with a twist as the local Business Association (ACEB) encouraged shops around the town to dress their windows and interiors accordingly with prizes on offer for the best displays.
A special Facebook site was set up so that the public could vote for their favourite decoration and more than 9,000 people viewed the pages.
Winners were 100 Montaditos-Cervecería La Sureña Restaurant, followed by the Mari Luz Márquez Dance School, with the Tivoli World amusement park in third place.
All of those taking part were promoted on the Facebook page and it was an unusual and much enjoyed promotion aimed at encouraging customers to visit the various businesses which took part in the competition.
