ROSALIA continues her reign as queen of Spanish pop and has taken away awards at both the recent MTV Europe Awards and Los 40 Awards. Performing at both ceremonies she was accompanied by her dance troupe with perfectly choreographed moves and eyecatching costumes at the EMA’s but opted for a stripped-back ballad and spray on pink latex gown in Madrid.
Her popularity continues to grow and has seen her win at the Latin Grammys last year for Best Urban and Best Alternative song.
Rosalía mixes traditional flamenco with modern styles such as pop, hip hop and electronic and can be categorized as new flamenco.
She triumphed at the Los 40s ceremony by taking away the much-coveted Artist of the Year award.
