MAN who allegedly broke into a motorhome in Alicante has been tracked down and arrested after he cut his hand on a window he broke.

DNA tests on the blood he left at the scene led to National police identifying him as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of robbery with force.

A 44-year old Algerian man has been arrested. On first being approached, police say, he showed false ID in an effort to escape justice. Officers, however, made a positive identification and have now handed him over to the courts. He is also alleged to be living in the country illegally and may face deportation.
