Lovers parted: Romeo and Juliet Credit: Russian National Ballet
THERE is to be cavalcade of ballet at the Cervantes Theatre in Malaga on Wednesday November 27 with a double bill performed by the Russian National Ballet of Sergei Radchenko.
First, there will be a complete performance of Romeo and Juliet the Shakespearean tragedy set to music by Russian National Ballet of Sergei Radchenko and then a selection of scenes from eight other famous ballets mainly by the Russian composer including excerpts from Swan Lake.
This is one of the many touring Russian ballet ensembles and was founded by Sergei Radchenko, who was a legendary soloist in the Bolshoi Ballet during the days of the USSR.
Tickets cost from €15 to €45.
