IT has been announced that approval has been granted for the construction of 513 new homes within the confines of Marbella with a total build cost of €75.9 million.

According to Council spokesman Felix Romero, this is not just good news because the city continues to attract new buildings but there is a real financial bonus as it will directly earn €3 million from licences and in the long term will attract a number of new taxpayers to the municipality.
