THE Palomares social hall is now accessible to everybody.

The just over €70,000 works, which the council funded, included the installation of a lift and the remodelling of the lavatories.
“The social hall now has adapted accessibility for persons with reduced mobility and is adapted to all kinds of public”, the Mayor commented.
The Palomares district Mayor remarked on how pleased she was with the results, saying, “this was a commitment which we had made to Palomares residents and now it is a reality.
“This social hall will host all kinds of activities and kinds of people of all ages.”
On the same day the councillors joined members of the Palomares Third Age Centre for a breakfast to mark the opening of the newly updated municipal facilities.
